Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

By using SnapColour you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English — no legalese. If you have any questions, get in touch at support@snapcolour.app.

1. About SnapColour

SnapColour is an iOS app that converts family photos into printable colouring pages for kids. It is operated by SnapColour, based in Melbourne, Australia.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse the free tier is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended.

3. Free tier and paid features

SnapColour includes 3 free colouring pages per month. This resets on the first of each month. Unused free pages do not roll over.

Additional pages can be purchased individually or via a monthly or yearly subscription, managed through Apple's in-app purchase system. All billing is handled by Apple. We do not see or store your payment details. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

Family Sharing is supported — one subscription works across up to 6 family members on Apple devices.

4. Bonus credits

Bonus pages can be earned through our referral program and social share feature, subject to the terms described in the app. Bonus credits expire 12 months after they are earned. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. We may change or end the referral and social share programs at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SnapColour to upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive, including but not limited to content that is abusive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the app or its underlying systems. You agree not to abuse the free tier through the creation of multiple accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your photos

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. Photos are temporarily processed and are automatically and permanently deleted immediately after your colouring page is delivered. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your photos or the generated pages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

The SnapColour app, branding, and technology are owned by SnapColour. The colouring pages we generate for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, including printing and sharing with your family. You may not sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the generated pages without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapColour is provided as is and we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SnapColour at any time. We will do our best to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree that any disputes arising from your use of SnapColour will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.
