SnapColour is an iOS app that converts photos into colouring pages. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms refer to SnapColour.
By downloading or using SnapColour you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. The app is intended for users aged 13 and over, or for younger children under parental supervision.
You must provide a real email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us straight away at support@snapcolour.app.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional free pages is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
Every account receives three free colouring pages per month. This resets on the first of each month. Unused free pages do not roll over.
Additional pages can be purchased individually or via a monthly subscription, managed through Apple's in-app purchase system. All billing is handled by Apple. We do not see or store your payment details.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
Bonus pages can be earned through our referral program and social share feature, subject to the terms described in the app. Bonus credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. We may modify or discontinue these programs at any time.
You agree not to use SnapColour to upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive, including but not limited to content that is abusive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the app or its underlying systems. You agree not to abuse the free tier through the creation of multiple accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree to indemnify SnapColour against any claims, losses, or damages arising from content you upload or your violation of these terms.
You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. Photos are temporarily processed on our servers and are automatically and permanently deleted immediately after your colouring page is delivered. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your photos or the generated pages. See our Privacy Policy at snapcolour.app/privacy for full details.
The SnapColour app, branding, and technology are owned by SnapColour. The colouring pages we generate for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, including printing and sharing with your family. You may not sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the generated pages without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapColour is provided as is and we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SnapColour at any time. We will do our best to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree that any disputes arising from your use of SnapColour will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.
