Privacy Policy

Version 3.0  ·  Last updated: March 2026

Your photos are never stored. We process them privately to generate your colouring page, then discard them immediately. The only personal information we keep is what's needed to run your account.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely and never visible to us). This is used to log you in and manage your subscription.

Usage data

We track how many colouring pages you have generated in the current month. This is how we manage the free tier limit. We do not store any information about the photos you upload.

Subscription data

If you purchase a subscription or pay-per-image credit, your payment is handled by Apple via in-app purchase. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We never see or store your payment details.

Your photos

When you upload a photo, it is sent directly to our image generation service over an encrypted connection. Your colouring page is generated, returned to your device, and your photo is discarded immediately. We do not write your photo to disk, store it in a database, back it up, or share it with anyone. Once your colouring page is delivered, your photo is gone.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. We do not build profiles about you or your children. We do not store, analyse, or retain your photos for any purpose.

Third party services

SnapColour uses the following third party services to operate:

Supabase handles secure account authentication and stores your account information and usage count. Data is stored in the Asia Pacific region.

RevenueCat manages subscription and purchase status on behalf of Apple's in-app purchase system.

OpenAI processes your uploaded photo to generate the colouring page. Photos are transmitted securely and are not retained by OpenAI beyond the duration of the request, in accordance with their API data usage policy.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without parental consent, contact us at privacy@snapcolour.app and we will delete it promptly.
